We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised Repairs Planner to join our Glasgow office. You'll play a key role in coordinating repairs and maintenance appointments, ensuring engineers are deployed efficiently while delivering an excellent service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate repair, maintenance, and servicing appointments.

• Manage engineer diaries, workload, and capacity to maximise productivity.

• Allocate work efficiently based on location, skills, and priority.

• Handle customer enquiries and provide appointment updates.

• Raise jobs, book appointments, and maintain accurate records.

• Respond to emergency works and reschedule appointments as required.

• Work closely with engineers and operational teams to deliver excellent service.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in scheduling, planning, or coordination roles, ideally within housing, maintenance, or facilities management.

• Proficient in scheduling systems and Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage with customers, engineers, and stakeholders at all levels.

• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• A proactive problem-solver who remains calm under pressure.

• Adaptable, flexible, and able to respond quickly to changing demands.

Our package:

• £26,800 - £27,600/year

• 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday).
