Join Sureserve Compliance Electrical as a Conmercial Lead and play a pivotal role in keeping our operations running smoothly. In this fast-paced and rewarding position, you'll manage the office support function, oversee job validation and reconciliation, and provide vital commercial administration support across key contracts. Working closely with Commercial, Finance and Operational teams, you'll monitor contract performance, ensure information is received and processed within agreed timescales, analyse and report on key data, and contribute to contract review meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Commercial Manager in managing project commercial performance from tender through to final account
Assist in the preparation and administration of contracts and subcontracts
Track project financial performance, including labour, materials, subcontractors, and plant costs
Support the identification and mitigation of commercial risks
Education, Experience and Qualifications:
Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Previous experience in social housing (desirable)
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, concisely and professionally in person, via email and over the phone
