We are looking for a proactive and highly diligent Scheduler to join our team in Weston-super-Mare. In this role, you will be the key point of contact connecting our clients, residents, and mobile engineers. If you enjoy managing logistics, solving daily scheduling puzzles, and delivering excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.
Key Tasks
Plan and optimise Engineers' diaries for maximum efficiency and economical route planning.
Act as a welcoming, clear, and professional first point of contact for incoming calls from tenants and housing associations.
Resolve queries from clients, residents, and engineers efficiently to support a "first-time fix" delivery model.
Book in jobs, dispatch engineers, track outstanding parts, and maintain accurate document and data control.
Follow up with residents regarding ongoing jobs and provide regular updates to clients on property access.
Required Skills & Experience
Demonstrable success in a similar Scheduling role
Knowledge or experience in logistics, scheduling, administration, or coordinating field staff
Ability to handle scheduling tasks methodically and meet daily deadlines.
A professional telephone manner with the ability to take clear, accurate notes and messages.
Ability to working collaboratively across departments to achieve shared goals.
