We are in search of a highly organised and efficient Data & Performance Administrator to join our spirited team.
Purpose of the Role:
The Data Performance Administrator is responsible for the accurate collection, management, analysis, and reporting of operational and performance data across the organisation. This role plays a key part in supporting data-driven decision-making by ensuring data integrity, producing insightful reports, and identifying trends to improve business performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management & Administration
Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Process and validate large volumes of data from multiple sources
Identify and resolve data discrepancies, escalating issues where appropriate
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal governance standard
Performance Reporting
Produce regular (daily, weekly, monthly) performance reports for stakeholders
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight areas of concern or improvement
Support the development and maintenance of dashboards (e.g. Power BI, Excel)
Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as required
Analysis & Insight
Analyse data trends to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities
Support business units in understanding performance data and metrics
Contribute to improvement initiatives through data-led recommendations
Assist in forecasting and performance modelling where required
Systems & Process Improvement
Support the ongoing development and optimisation of data systems and processes
Recommend improvements to data collection, storage, and reporting methods
Work with internal stakeholders to standardise reporting frameworks.
Stakeholder Engagement
Liaise with teams across the organisation to gather data requirements
Provide clear and accessible data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Support training and guidance on data processes and reporting tools
Essential
Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail
Experience working with data and performance reporting
Advanced Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis)
Ability to interpret data and present findings clearly
Strong numerical and analytical capability
Good communication skills with the ability to explain data in simple terms
GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above)
Desirable
· Experience using Power BI, or similar visualisation tools
· Knowledge of data governance and data protection principles (e.g. GDPR)
· Experience working within a performance-driven or operational environment
· Relevant qualification in data analysis, business administration, or similar

Working hours are: Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm (1 hour for lunch).
