We are looking for skilled and dedicated ASHP Engineers to join our operations in Reading
In this role, you will be at the forefront of modern heating solutions, managing installations, repairs, and maintenance across renewable technologies and eco-friendly systems.

Key Responsibilities
Performing installations and repairs on heating, ventilation, and renewable technologies.
Conducting detailed surveys, recording safety-critical data (flows, temperatures, and settings), and identifying non-compliant issues.
Maintaining van stock to ensure high "First Time Fix" rates and coordinating with the office for parts procurement.
Adhering to company complaint procedures, documenting any property damage via photos/reports, and acting with a duty of care toward vulnerable tenants.
Managing real-time job updates, including timestamps for arrivals, job completions, and detailed return-work notes.
Requirements: What You’ll Bring
Technical Competencies:
Demonstrable success in similar role
Strong knowledge of renewable technologies and eco-friendly installations.
A solid foundation in all domestic hot water systems and the ability to diagnose complex faults.
G3 Unvented competency is essential.
Proficiency in fault finding and the expert use of a multi-meter.
An innovative approach to troubleshooting and a logical mindset.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently (lone working).
A commitment to taking responsibility and learning from every challenge.
A belief in unity and working collaboratively to solve customer challenges.

Highly competitive base salary plus excellent + OTE
Company van and fuel card.
