Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment team in delivering an excellent candidate experience. In this role, you will help coordinate the hiring process from job posting through to offer stage, ensuring smooth communication between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is highly detail-oriented, and is passionate about helping companies attract great talent.
Responsibilities Requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers and recruiters
Manage job postings across job boards, career sites, and social media channels
Screen applications and support the recruitment team with candidate shortlisting
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
Prepare recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics
Meeting with hiring managers
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and data protection regulations
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration or talent acquisition
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and strong administrative skills
