Contact Centre Administrator - Private Team

We provide expertise across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. Role
The purpose of the role is to act as the focal point of contact for our private customers, providing a high level of customer service and support. You will have experience in customer service from a previous administration role, preferably working within the construction, maintenance, or service industry.
Scheduling jobs with private customers for servicing, repairs, and installations.
To take ownership of the administration of private customer jobs whilst co-working with engineers and the wider team to ensure efficient scheduling and excellent service delivery.
Answer inbound customer calls and enquiries relating to repairs, servicing, and installations courteously and professionally.
Respond to customer queries and take ownership of any issues arising through to completion, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Raise jobs and make appointments using the main customer database and complete any associated administrative tasks as necessary, logging information accurately and concisely.
Support the private customer team with quotations, job updates, and general customer communications.
All associated ad-hoc administrative duties.
The successful candidate will have
Previous administrative experience, preferably from a construction, maintenance, or service-based environment
Able to provide a high level of courteous, professional customer service
Proficient in MS Office, in particular, Outlook and Excel
Good written and verbal communication skills
Flexible attitude with strong organisational skills
