We are seeking a motivated and experienced Contract Delivery Manager in Inverness to oversee our Warmworks contract across North Scotland. This role is central to ensuring our heating and renewable installation projects are executed with precision and high standards.

Manage and supervise heating contracts, including renewable installations, ensuring delivery aligns with budget and target expectations.
Oversee installers to ensure programmed jobs are completed and conduct site visits to verify that subcontractors are operating within client parameters.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients through consistent liaison in formal and informal meetings.
Survey, plan, and quality control all installations to ensure work meets our high standards and stays within agreed timescales.
Collaborate with the Operations Manager and SHEQ Manager to maintain rigorous Health & Safety compliance.
Demonstrate previous experience as a Contracts Delivery Manager or in a closely related role.
Utilize experience in Retrofit or Construction, ideally with knowledge of UK Government funding streams like HUG or SHDF.
Identify potential project pitfalls early and implement effective recovery plans to keep contracts on track.
Apply proficiency in Microsoft Office and Asta programming packages to manage project workflows.
Maintain a self-driven, results-oriented approach backed by a strong Health & Safety ethos.
Make rational, effective decisions while working under pressure.
Hold a full UK Driver’s License for travel across the North Scotland region.
Required skill set and experience...
Proven track record in project management within Energy, Housing or Social Housing is required.
Familiarity with PAS 2035/2030 standards is highly advantageous.
Confident in managing diverse stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
Exceptional planning and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management system
