Sureserve Compliance South, part of the Sureserve Group, delivers heating services within the social housing sector across London & the South East. We support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. We are London’s largest, most successful gas contractor, focusing on long-term contracts with our clients to offer our staff job security and progression opportunities.

Role:

Hours: 8-5 Monday to Friday
Pay: £55-60k

Duties

• To manage the inspectors including dealing with poor surveys

• To manage the Field staff assigned (Installers, apprentices, builders, wet workers), inc using post inspection information and tracker information

• To run regular Activity Appointment reports on those operatives assigned and review

• To deal with sickness and holiday requests for all staff assigned

• Weekly inspections on Installers – block 2 mornings per week for un-announced visits

• Assist with the management of 1 off install projects

• Sign off wages and timesheets for all staff assigned and deal with queries

• Attend Client meetings when needed

The successful candidate will have

• Qualified Domestic Gas Engineer (holding current ACS qualification)

• Previous Area Manager experience preferably from a social housing/construction background

• Able to provide a high level of courteous, professional customer service

• Highly proficient in MS Office, in particular Outlook and Excel

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Flexible attitude with strong organisational skills
