Head of Client Integrations Mobilisation
Sureserve is seeking a delivery-focused Head of Client Integrations & Mobilisation to lead the successful onboarding of new clients in terms of their integration and reporting requirements. This high-impact role is responsible for defining, managing, and continuously improving the mobilisation process.
This role will also work strategically with Housing Management System vendors to standardise and simplify integration design and minimise complexity and maintenance.
Role Overview
- Serve as the lead point of contact for new clients during the mobilisation phase, ensuring clear communication and strong working relationships. Maintain excellent relationships with Sureserve businesses Operations Directors and other senior personnel.
- Work with Group bid teams to benefit bid process and demonstrate application of best-in-class solutions.
- Working with housing management system vendors, define and own the standard approach for integrating clients into Sureserves solutions, including data interfaces, customer/client portals, system configurations, and business processes.
- Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team comprising developers, analysts, and data professionals to deliver smooth and successful client integrations.
- Oversee all aspects of contract mobilisation relating to integrations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline mobilisation through automation, better testing practices, and continuous process refinement.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for integration speed, cost, client satisfaction, and overall mobilization effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement a scalable, repeatable approach for interfacing with new clients.
- Manage the end-to-end client integration process across technical and operational functions.
- Improve client satisfaction with the onboarding experience.
- Continuously improve time to value for client onboarding.
- Reduce the overall cost of mobilization through efficiency and automation.
- Introduce automated testing and validation for faster, more reliable integrations.
- Act as a senior point of contact for clients and the associated Sureserve business - leading up to and during the mobilisation process.
- Lead a cross-functional team of developers, analysts, and data experts, and drive improvements in speed to value, cost-efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- You will ensure the standardisation of process and the consistency of delivery to ensure integrations are standardised, remain low maintenance, and are easily upgraded/enhanced.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in contract mobilisation, client onboarding, or complex project delivery within a technology or service-based business.
- Strong background in system integration (ideally cross organisation), data migration, and business process mapping.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in a delivery-focused environment.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to drive process improvement and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in field service, housing, utilities, or asset management sectors.
- Familiarity with IFS or similar Field Service Management solution. Familiarity with Creatio or similar CRM and workflow platforms.
- Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) is desirable.
- Familiarity with Housing Management Solutions E.g. Capita, Civica, Orchard, MIS Activeh
