Position: Project Coordinator
Base Location: Bathgate
Working Pattern: Permanent / Full Time / 40 hours per week
Salary: £27,500 to £29,500 Per Year

Role Overview:
Our teams are growing, and we are looking to hire a Project Coordinator to join our Services Team based in Bathgate where you will support the successful delivery of various large-scale projects.
You will play a pivotal role providing project and administrative support to the project along with providing excellent customer/client focus across multiple site contracts.
What will you be doing?
- Be part of, and support, the central point of communication for queries related to the project, whilst liaising with the Operations Director, Project Manager, and all Site Staff (including Sub-Contractors) where appropriate.
- Have a clear understanding of the day-to-day basis of the project, as well as the tasks assigned to ensure the smooth running of the project from an administration perspective.
- Focus on customer engagement and service, ensuring the successful delivery of the project.
- Respond, log, and track any customer complaints ensuring a successful outcome is reached.
- Assists with producing quotes for Green Homes applications.
- Liaising with field-based teams daily to ensure job allocation and completion, as well as notification of signs offs on the client database to provide completion packs.
What Should You Have?
- Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to influence others and be able to convey technically challenging information through a variety of platforms including presentations, written reports, diagrams, and graphics.
- Ability to solve problems and resolve any conflicts that may arise.
- Demonstrate a high level of commitment and flexibility to deliver projects within budget & timeframe.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to prioritize work to deliver successful outcomes.
