Talent Acquisition Manager

Sureserve Compliance South, delivers heating services within the social housing sector across London & the South East. We support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. We are London’s largest, most successful gas contractor, focusing on long-term contracts with our clients to offer our staff job security and progression opportunities.
Role
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes to attract, assess, and secure high-quality talent across the business. Providing a professional service to both internal stakeholders and candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the hiring managers to understand all vacancy requirements
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment life cycle through; vacancy briefings, advertising and sourcing, screening, booking interviews, arranging assessments, and management of the offer process and candidate feedback
- Assist and provide support to the Talent Acquisition Administrator
- Manage our key supplier relationships
- Work in collaboration with the wider HR team to ensure all recruitment practices are understood and being managed in line with policy and process
- ATS - responsibility to manage the internal ATS system for SCS
- Monthly reporting responsibility re: KPI performance
- Financial responsibility of the recruitment team
The successful candidate will have
- Previous agency or in-house recruitment experience
- A passion for direct resourcing and able to headhunt effectively using innovative methods, and where appropriate, utilise a variety of sourcing platforms
- Previous experience working with an ATS (TeamTailor)
- Proven track record of successfully delivering high-volume recruitment campaigns
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to be able to build credible working relationships.
- Understanding of data and analytics with the ability to explain return on investment for resourcing within the business.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing a budget.
