Role Overview

To support the operations manager and to comply with company policy, process and procedures and seek to improve where possible.

Responsibilities

• Assist Contracts Manager in sending of job sheets to operatives on a weekly basis
• Compiling Data Packs for supervisors
• Receiving Data Packs back from Supervisors
• Saving and adding of PO’s
• Chase client for any outstanding PO’s
• Creating O&M Manuals to be submitted to client upon completion of works
• Filing of all Projects paperwork received from Supervisors
• Assist in general admin duties.

Skills & experience

• Previous administration experience gained within a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of basic principles of Office Practice
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral, both in person and via the telephone
• A good understanding and proven demonstrable experience of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, SharePoint.
