Sureserve Compliance South, delivers heating services within the social housing sector across London & the South East. We support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. We are London’s largest, most successful gas contractor, focusing on long-term contracts with our clients to offer our staff job security and progression opportunities.

Role

This role with working directly with one of our clients to support their residents with energy advice. This may include:

• Fuel switching, correct use of heating systems, fuel poverty assessments
• Support with accessing available funding
• Complete home energy advice visits a day: driven by customer demand or referrals
• Work with stakeholders across Sureserve and connected to the client 
• Support with accessing available funding for customers and on behalf of the client
• Support in collecting customer energy data (authorised by the customer) to help the client understand how they can support their customers with the type of system to be installed and to understand any benefits this job role may offer customers.
• Collation and examination of information on savings from fuel switches and energy advice to understand the impact this job role is having on fuel poverty and tenancy sustainability.

The successful candidate will have

• Ideally worked within the energy/heating sector before 
• Able to provide a high level of courteous, professional customer service
• Have a full UK drivers license 
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible attitude with strong organisational skills
