Purpose of the role:
The purpose of the role is to offer key administrative support to the day-to-day operation of the Supply Chain department to ensure the department meets the business requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raise and validate purchase orders in line with company guidelines,
- Learn and apply the procurement processes in day-to-day sourcing requirements,
- Answer on day calls and emails from Operations offering solutions and escalation where required,
- Manage the stock team inbox,
- Answering in day queries from our logistics partners and external suppliers,
- Support with reporting requirements, data entry and data analysis,
- Support with onboarding new starter engineers,
- Support with demobilizing engineer leavers,
- Support with delivering key information to the wider parts of the business,
- Support onsite stores,
- Monitoring of stock levels,
- Placing orders in line with company guidelines,
- Produce regular business reports,
- Any assistance required on day for any Supply Chain related task.
Salary £26,208
Fixed Term Contract for 6 months

- Administration knowledge,
- Strong working knowledge in Excel,
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes,
- Ability to prioritise workload dependent on requirements,
- Organisational skills,
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
