Position: Retrofit Project Manager
Base Location: Bangor
Working Pattern: Permanent / Full Time / 40 hours per week
Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 per year

Our company is growing, and we have an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team in Bangor, Wales.
As the Project Manager, you shall be acting as the Client’s representative and overseeing the successful delivery of the project within the defined parameters of time, cost, quality, risk, and compliance. You will also coordinate all consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders throughout all RIBA stages or equivalent lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the EnerPHit Standard for deep retrofits.
What will you be doing?
- Overseeing and coordinate all aspects of the EnerPHit retrofit project.
- Ensuring project timeline, budget, and quality standards are met.
- Facilitate communication between all team members and stakeholders.
- Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Approve project deliverables and changes in scope.
- Ensure compliance with EnerPHit and Passivhaus standards
What Should You Have?
- A good understanding of Retrofitting energy saving measures.
- Previous experience in a similar role in the construction industry, ideally within retrofit.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your own workload and co-ordinate that of others to meet deadlines.
- You will have excellent attention to detail, good written and verbal analytical and presentational skills, with an ability to influence and manage people.
- Assist in decision making and take projects in an appropriate direction in terms of scale, costs, other priorities etc.
- Can critically reflect on projects and participate openly and honestly in project debriefs and take on board constructive criticism from colleagues.
For this role you will require to have a full UK Drivers License.
