Sureserve Compliance South, part of the Sureserve Group, delivers heating services within the social housing sector across London & the South East. We support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. We are London’s largest, most successful gas contractor, focusing on long-term contracts with our clients to offer our staff job security and progression opportunities.

Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Sales Operations Manager (for our Private division) with the management of both employees and operations within the assigned area. 

• Engineer Management - you will ensure that your team members are following
  company instruction on safe systems of work and legal compliance. As well as ensuring your team meet required performance and audit standards. You will conduct training or organise via our training team where nessecary
• Operational Issues - you will responsible for any operational issues and assist the Sales operations manager, private contracts, sales and admin teams 
• Customer Service - you will be an ambassador for the business and always strive to offer excellent levels of customer service
• Site Visits - you will still be required to attend jobs as an engineer or for more complex jobs 
• Technical Matters - you will be responsible for overseeing all technical field matters relating to our private customer base by monitoring and achieving performance KPIs in your area 
• Targets - you will be responsible for ensuring targets are achieved

The successful candidate will have

• Gas Qualified - CCN1, CPA1, CKR1, HTR1, CENWAT, Energy Efficiency
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a qualified gas engineer
• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service
• The ability to work with a diverse customer base

Desired Qualifications

• Solar Thermal, Unvented Hot Water, Air Source Heat pumps, Ground Source Heat Pumps
• OFTEC, HETAS, SSSTS, LPG
