Social Value Coordinator

Sureserve Compliance South, part of the Sureserve Group, delivers heating services within the social housing sector across London & the South East. We support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. We are London’s largest, most successful gas contractor, focusing on long-term contracts with our clients to offer our staff job security and progression opportunities.
We are seeking a highly organised, passionate and proactive Social Value Coordinator to support delivery of contractual social value initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with our Strategy & Development Director and Client Relationship Manager to attend and implement agreed projects and drive initiatives that create a tangible impact. This an ideal role for candidates looking to make difference within communities.
Role
- Co-ordinate and deliver social value activities for a range of clients
- Monitor and report on outcomes using a social value measurement tool (training will be provided)
- Attend monthly meetings to report on KPIs
- Support community engagement activities and outreach programmes
- Work alongside key internal stakeholders to achieve social value goals
- General administrative support
The Successful Candidate will have
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Desired Skills
- An understanding of social value in relation to the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Thrive Social Value portal or similar
- Analytical ability to spot trends and viable opportunities
