Parts / Procurement Administrator

Gas Call, part of The Sureserve Group, are a market leading heating and hot water specialist, with an excellent reputation for successful delivery and a growing client base.
We are looking for an ambitious, hard working & self-motivated person with a strong commitment to providing great customer service to join our team in a lively, busy surrounding.
Candidates should have previous experience working with clients/suppliers/merchants on the phone & face to face.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying materials required
- Raising purchase orders
- Liaising with engineers and contract team
- Working with supply chain partners
Relevant Skills and Behaviours:
- You must have excellent communication skills gained within a customer focused environment.
- The ability to communicate with clients, engineers and management effectively
- You will be a highly organised administrator and a team player.
- Be able to thrive in a demanding and dynamic environment
- You must be IT literate with experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access) and have the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility to deal with fast-changing situations and environments.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency in English.
